The fourth season of RuPaul's Drag Race began airing on January 30, 2012,[2] with cast members announced November 13, 2011.[3] The winner of season four headlined Logo's Drag Race Tour featuring Absolut Vodka, won a one-of-a-kind trip, a lifetime supply of NYX Cosmetics, and a cash prize of $100,000.[4]
Like the last season, Santino Rice and Billy B (Billy Brasfield), celebrity makeup artist and star of the HGTV mini-series Hometown Renovation, shared the same seat at the judges table alternatively, Brasfield filling in for Rice when needed.[1] Both judges appeared side-by-side in the audience during the 'Reunited' episode.
The theme song playing during the runway every episode was 'Glamazon' and the song played during the credits was 'The Beginning', both from RuPaul's album Glamazon.
The winner of the fourth season of RuPaul's Drag Race was Sharon Needles, with Chad Michaels and Phi Phi O'Hara being the runners-up, making it the first time in the shows history to have two runners-up.
Chad Michaels and Latrice Royale competed on the first season of All Stars. Latrice placed 7th/8th overall with season 3 contestant Manila Luzon. Chad won the competition.
Phi Phi O'Hara competed on the second season of All Stars. She placed 7th overall.
Latrice Royale later returned to compete on the fourth season of All Stars, making her one of the first contestants to return, alongside Manila Luzon, after already competing in a previous All Stars season.[5] She initially placed 7th, but she returned to the competition after winning her lip sync in the LaLaPaRUza and placed 5th overall.

The finale episode was taped at the El Portal Theatre in North Hollywood on Wednesday April 25, 2012, where three different outcomes were filmed in an attempt to keep the winner from being revealed before the episode aired, as had happened in previous seasons.[21][22] We find out Latrice Royale is crowned 'Miss Congeniality.' We also learn that the reason Willam was disqualified was that he was caught having conjugal visits with his husband, who had tracked Willam to the hotel where the contestants were sequestered during production. This is in breach of the clause barring contestants engaging in unauthorized outside contact.

In January 2012, Logo released the second running of Fantasy Drag Race, an online fan contest inspired by fantasy football where viewers assemble a team of three season four Drag Race contestants. Players receive and lose points based on their team's performance on the show, and can earn additional points by redeeming codes and performing tasks given out when episodes of the show first air. The highest scoring players receive Drag Race and NYX Cosmetics products, and one player wins a trip for two to the first stop on Logo's Drag Race Tour.[23]
Already having a generous social media presence, Logo expanded its efforts across Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, GetGlue, and Foursquare in preparation for the premiere of season four. Both RuPaul and contestants tweet live while the show airs, and LogoTalk! chat parties (featuring judges, contestants from previous seasons, and contestants from season four) occur on the official Logo website while participants watch new episodes.[24] Season four specifically marks an increased interest from Logo in Tumblr, where the network publishes animated GIFs, contestant trading cards, and images that incorporate internet memes.[25] Dan Sacher, VP of digital for VH1 and Logo, has stated that their online marketing efforts are part of helping the small network expand their fan base across as many outlets as possible.[24]
Reception[edit]
The premiere episode of season four averaged a 0.6 rating in the 18-49 demographic, totaling 481,000 viewers, and ranked as the highest-rated premiere in Logo's network history. Untucked totalled 254,000 viewers, marking the companion show's most watched debut. During the evening of the premiere, the show registered eight US trending topics on Twitter (including Jiggly Caliente, Sharon Needles, Phi Phi O'Hara, and Latrice Royale) and reached a 7th place ranking on Trendrr. Leading up to the first episode, the show's Facebook page saw an 89% increase (earning over half a million fans).[26]
The season finale scored a 0.7 rating in the 18-49 demographic and drew 601,000 viewers total, while the reunion episode became the highest rated episode of the season. Season four's 'RuPaul's Drag Race: Reunited' was also the highest-rated reunion in the franchise's history, seeing a 33% increase in the 18-49 demographic compared to season three. The reunion registered five trending topics on Twitter (including Sharon Needles, Phi Phi, Willam, and a new portmanteau Willam introduced to the show: 'RuPaulogize'), and ranked 4th among non-sports cable programs for the night on Trendrr.[27]
During season 4, the show's Twitter following increased by 77%, and the Facebook page accrued a 36% increase in likes.[27] TV.com also declared it was the best reality show on television.[28]

Format[edit]
Mini challenges[edit]
In the mini challenge, each contestant is asked to perform a different task with varying requirements and time limitations. The winner of a mini challenge is sometimes rewarded with some kind of advantage in the main challenge.
Main challenges[edit]
The requirements of the main challenge vary across each episode, and can be individual or group challenges. The winner of the main challenge also receives a 'special' prize for their win. In the past, challenge winners have been rewarded with prizes including custom designer clothing, vacations, cruises, and quality cosmetic items.
The goal of each main challenge involves a new theme and outcome. Challenges focus on the returning contestants' ability to once again present themselves on camera, perform with music, or perform humorously. Season 1 saw the focus on the groups ability to perform well together, while season 2, 3, and 4 are based on more individual challenges where the returning contestant relied on themselves and performance solely. Along with the 'special' prizes awarded by winning the main challenge, the top two queens must now lip-sync for the legacy, with the victor being awarded a cash prize of $10,000 and the choice of elimination out of the bottom two/three queens.

Untucked[edit]
Just like RuPaul's Drag Race, episodes of the first season of All Stars were followed by an Untucked episode each week, giving the viewers a glimpse into the backstage drama and discussions between the returning contestants. For the second, third, and fourth seasons, the contestants deliberated among themselves in the work room on who each of the top 2 would eliminate if they won the Lip Sync for Your Legacy. This served as a mini-Untucked as there were no separately filmed Untucked companion episodes for those seasons.
Prizes[edit]
Each season, the winner of RuPaul's Drag Race: All Stars receives a selection of prizes. The prizes won for each season were:
Season 1:
- $100,000 cash prize
- A coveted spot in the Drag Race Hall of Fame
- A supply of MAC Cosmetics
- A vacation trip courtesy of ALandCHUCK.travel
Season 2–4:
- $100,000 cash prize
- A coveted spot in the Drag Race Hall of Fame
- A one-year supply of Anastasia Beverly Hills cosmetics
In each season there are also smaller prizes awarded for challenges within the episodes, ranging from 'cash tips' to vacations, gift cards, etc.

Season 1 (2012)[edit]
RuPaul's Drag Race: All Stars[1] is the first All-Star season of RuPaul's Drag Race and premiered on the Logo network on October 22, 2012. Cast members were announced on August 6, 2012.[2]
The season featured twelve returning contestants from seasons one to four, for a chance to be inducted into the 'Drag Race Hall of Fame'. It is the only season of All Stars to have the contestants compete in teams of two. This series consists of six episodes, each aired in a 60 minute time-slot.[3] Contestants were judged on their 'charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent' and, since they competed in teams of two, also 'synergy'. The winner received a supply of MAC cosmetics, a 'one of a kind trip' and $100,000.[4]
The theme song playing during the runway every episode is 'Sexy Drag Queen' (dootdoot 'doot-swift' remix) and the song played during the credits is 'Responsitrannity' (Matt Pop's edit), the latter of which is originally from RuPaul's album Glamazon.
Each episode, the judges provide their critiques on the contestants' performances in the main challenge and on the runway before RuPaul announces which team is the winner and which teams had the weakest performances. The teams deemed as being the bottom two must 'lip sync for their lives' and choose a queen to represent their team in the lip sync in a final attempt to impress RuPaul. After the lip sync, RuPaul decides who stays and who leaves. RuPaul describes the qualities the contestants must have to be crowned the winner of the show as 'Charisma, Uniqueness, Nerve, and Talent.. These are people who have taken adversity and turned it into something that is beautiful and something powerful.'[5] The phrase 'charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent' is used repeatedly on the show, the acronym of which is CUNT. On the All Stars season, 'synergy' was added to provide an explanation behind the contestants being sorted into teams (expanding the acronym into CUNTS).
The winner of the first season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars was Chad Michaels.
Season 2 (2016)[edit]

A second season of All Stars was announced in 2015 and started shooting immediately after season 8. Windows 10 16362 iso download. The show was to begin airing on August 25, 2016. Along with the season premiere's announcement, the cast of All Stars 2 were revealed. The cast consisted of 10 returning contestants, Adore Delano, Alaska, Alyssa Edwards, Coco Montrese, Detox, Ginger Minj, Katya, Phi Phi O'Hara, Roxxxy Andrews, and Tatianna.[6]
A new twist was revealed for this season changing the format of the show. In previous seasons, the two lowest performing queens had to 'Lip Sync for their Life' to avoid elimination. This season has the two best performing queens of the challenge 'Lip Sync for their Legacy', with the winner of the lip sync earning $10,000 and choosing which one of the bottom queens to eliminate. However, on their exit, RuPaul advised the first four eliminated queens that they will have the opportunity to come back for their 'revenge', with the winner gaining entry back into the competition.
The winner of the second season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars was Alaska.
Season 3 (2018)[edit]
On August 21, 2017, VH1 announced it would air a third season of the series in early 2018.[7][8][9]
Rupaul's Drag Race All Stars Season 4 Download
On October 13, 2017, VH1 announced that a one-hour special, RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Exclusive Queen RuVeal, would air on October 20, 2017, announcing the season’s returning contestants.[10][11] The ten contestants that competed on the third season of All Stars consisted of Aja, BenDeLaCreme, Chi Chi DeVayne, Kennedy Davenport, Milk, Morgan McMichaels, Shangela, Thorgy Thor, Trixie Mattel, and season one winner BeBe Zahara Benet.[12] On December 14, 2017, it was announced that the third season would premiere on January 25, 2018.[13]
A new twist on how the top queens of the season were chosen was revealed in the season's final episode. The previously eliminated queens returned in the finale and voted for the top two out of the remaining top four finalists; from there on, the two queens with the most votes advanced while the others were eliminated.
The winner of the third season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars was Trixie Mattel.
Season 4 (2018–19)[edit]
Rupaul Drag Race Season 11
In August 2018, during an episode of his podcast, Whats the Tee?, RuPaul confirmed he was currently filming the fourth season of All Stars.[14] On August 22, 2018, VH1 officially announced a fourth season of All Stars, with the cast still yet to be revealed.[15] On November 9, season 3 winner Trixie Mattel hosted a live stream with season 2 finalists Katya and Detox to announce the cast.[16] The ten contestants competing on the fourth season of All Stars were Farrah Moan, Gia Gunn, Jasmine Masters, Latrice Royale, Manila Luzon, Monét X Change, Monique Heart, Naomi Smalls, Trinity The Tuck, and Valentina.[17] Gia Gunn is the first transgender contestant to compete on a season of All Stars, while Latrice Royale and Manila Luzon are the first contestants to return after competing in a previous season of All Stars.[17] The fourth season premiered on December 14, 2018, on VH1.[17]
The winners of the fourth season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars were Monét X Change and Trinity The Tuck, marking the first time in the show's history where two winners were crowned.
